Get more from your Nissan electric vehicle with NissanConnect EV. Just follow these simple steps and you'll be able to view and manage your car battery and charge status, air conditioning settings, estimated driving range and more via your computer or Android/iOS device.
IF YOU DON’T HAVE A YOU+NISSAN ACCOUNT
To be able to benefit from NissanConnect EV services, you need to create a You+Nissan account. If you don't have an account yet, it only takes a few minutes to register:
Enter your personal information to finalise your registration.
Enter your vehicle details. You can find the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) by looking at the dashboard on the driver side of your vehicle.
On your vehicle page, click on the 'View Connected Services' button.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A YOU+NISSAN ACCOUNT
Click on ADD A NEW CAR.
Enter your vehicle’s VIN or registration number.
On your vehicle page, click on the 'VIEW CONNECTED SERVICES' button.
On the Connected Services page, select 'AVAILABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR CONNECTED SERVICES'.
To confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle, you need to perform the following steps within 1 hour, so make sure that you can access your vehicle within that time. Attention: Network coverage is mandatory. How do I check network? Click on the CONTINUE button when you are ready to start.
You will need to follow these steps to prove ownership of your vehicle:
Once you come back to the Connected Services Page on You+Nissan, you will see a confirmation message to show that the Proof of Ownership procedure was successful. To subscribe to NissanConnect EV: Select the NissanConnect EV package. Click the SUBSCRIBE button and follow the subscription process.
Check to see if your vehicle’s Connected Services have been activated.
If they have you will be able to see all your available NissanConnect EV functionalities on the page (for example My Battery, Climate Control,…).
Refresh the page if necessary.
